• Government tax at a rate of 5% in addition to the stated tour cost.
• Tax collected at source (TCS) at a rate of 5% on the tour price (provided PAN & Aadhar are furnished) or 10% of the tour price.
• Any escalation in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the imposition of new government taxes.
• Upgrades to airline class or hotel room categories.
• Expenses associated with deviating from the standard airfare.
• Adjustments to land arrangement costs due to fluctuating exchange rates before departure.
• Costs related to pre or post-tour hotel stays.
• Additional expenditures incurred due to unforeseen, inevitable, or force majeure events during the tour.
• Insurance for travellers aged 60 and above.
• Charges for porterage, laundry, telephone usage, shopping, alcoholic beverages, personal items, and non-included food or beverages.
• Supplementary expenses borne by individuals due to illness, accidents, hospitalization, or personal emergencies.
• Charges for services or activities not encompassed by the group tour itinerary.
• Any items not explicitly mentioned in the 'tour inclusions' section.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the departure date: Full refund of the tour price.
• Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before the departure date: 50% of the tour price will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 29 days of the departure date: No refund will be provided.
• No-shows or early departures during the tour: No refund will be provided.
• If the tour is canceled by the travel agency due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the traveller.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining tour cost must be paid in full 30 days before the departure date.
• If the booking is made within 30 days of the departure date, the full tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, UIP, NEFT, RTGS, cheque or demand draft.
• In the event of non-payment by the specified due date, the agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and cancellation charges may apply as per the cancellation policy.
